Highlights:My strengths include the ability to translate requirements from a business perspective to a technical environment. I have worked with many advanced concepts using Microsft Access that appeared to be difficult or undoable. I have utilized a significant portion of the Visual Basic object model in developing and migrating several MS Access applications to Visual Basic. I have a very extensive background in many DBMS technologies that allow me to view how to properly design a database such that future migrations to more robust RDBMS Systems present fewer problems to a successful migration. Due to my educational background and experience over the years with several different programming languages, I have developed a building block approach to software development that allows me to add features to existing applications and build new applications based on previously used code modules.
