We also do all of the regular stuff, answer phones, return phone calls, answer mail and emails, follow up on referrals and other assignments as they become available. With our diverse background, we can negotiate with clients, discreetly handle soft collections, deal with angry clients, recruiting, staffing, and negotiate deals with publishers or other vendors.

Because of our work ethic and the belief that every client's time is valuable, while we are friendly and love to work, we will not waste your time.

Work terms:Payments-

We are happy to use Safe Pay. We will be pleased to work out an hourly rate or a flat fee for a project. For long- term assignments we generally request payment milestones as facets of the project are completed.



Communication & General Availability-

We are available by Phone, Email, Text, and Skype by. We like to communicate voice to voice at least once a week and can use email for the remainder of the time. We are flexible in communication and will meet your schedule to the best of our ability. We are available between the hours of 9-3 Pacific.

We understand that from time to time a client may be unsatisfied. We only ask that if you have any concerns, complaints, or negative comments you share them with us first. We can not fix what we are not aware of and at the end of the day we want you to walk away feeling that you were treated honestly, fairly, and your project was completed to the best of our ability.
