Highlights:Main focus of writing over the last year has consisted of marketing and information influence for purchase decisions.

Experience in translating information on technical topics for laymen or general audience.

I bring a fresh perspective to every project, and never, ever recycle material.

Native English speaker, thus preserving a natural conversational flow in my writing.

Learned customer service skills from college internship program at Walt Disney World.

Perfection is a vice of mine, I do not quit on a project until it is my best work.

Meeting deadlines is a key statistic I can keep to judge my work. In some ways, deadlines are more important to me than to my clients.

I spent 5 years inside corporate America as a temporary administrative assistant. I did every task from statistical analysis to advertising fund raising events for non-profit organizations. I may be young, but you won't get the same old tired results out of me!

I take my freelancing business serious, and have a registered business with the State of South Carolina. All content is written by me, edited by me, and never subcontracted to a lower bidder.
Work terms:Availability

While I do work at home, I do not live at work. I am an addict to email and check it religiously throughout the day. I typically prefer to work during the week, and save my weekends for my family. I have on occasion and due to great need worked weekends for loyal clients. Since my husband and I have traveled four different continents, I fully understand the global abilities of e-commerce. I am willing to make special availability hours for clients in far away time zones.

Work Standards

Perfection is indeed what I strive for. I guarantee all of my writing to a free re-write within 5 business days of final delivery. Any re-writes after that for style or personal preference will be billed at the agreed upon hourly rate.

For any major changes to a scope of work by the client, I expect a renegotiation of payment. On the other hand, in the extreme and rare event I need to adjust the delivery date, or content delivery, you can expect a decrease in negotiated price from my side.

Payment

For new clients, I prefer to break up projects as small as possible for gradual delivery and payment to build a business relationship. I am willing to exercise the Safepay Escrow account option as well.

Conflict Resolution

I am a problem solver by nature. I will do everything in my power to meet a client more than half-way. I would rather have your repeat business than stand on a ridiculous point for the sake of one project.

Always Smiling,

Elizabeth Ann West
