Work terms:Availability:

I am currently available full, part or contract-time. Although I am multi-lingual as far as computer languages and databases are concerned, I prefer to work with VB.NET and Microsoft SQL Express, SQL 2005 or SQL 2008.

Services, Work Schedule and Payments:

I try to do one project at a time and to continue working until that project is completed. In order to accomplish this, I provide to the client 24/7 access to the project status & work product using source & progress software.

In general, payment for work is due as work is performed. For long term projects, a mutually agreed upon progress billing method is preferred which includes a percentage up front. As payments are made, the client is given a complete copy of the source code and all applicable work thru that date. The client may cancel the project at any time.

For fixed bid work, it is acceptable that a final payment amount be withheld or escrowed by the client until the client is satisfied.

Responsibilities:

My responsibility is to provide the application and/or database services. In order to insure that a client is kept apprised of exactly what those services are, I utilize work progress software which the client has 24/7 access to.

The client's responsibility is to conscientiously review the work product and work progress software and to provide specific feedback such that the application and/or database services can be completed to the client's satisfaction.
