Highlights:Leadership Experience:
I have been a Technical/Project Lead for over 10 years. I have worked with a number of development teams from small (5 developers) to large (25+ developers geographically dispersed). I communicate well, am able to work with customers/users and then design a software system capable of meeting the given needs and providing extensibility into the future.

Technical Highlight:
My latest project focuses on building a suite of web applications and services geared toward managing mortgage loans and other securities for Wells Fargo's Capital Markets group. This suite includes at least 4 major, standalone web applications built using our own custom framework on PHP/Apache and with a Javascript UI that takes advantage of the ExtJS API and JQuery/Prototype. It supports more than 100 users and works in near realtime to communicate information to other internal systems as well as external banks and corporations.

The system uses Oracle 10g as the primary database backend, but we also make use of MySQL for some of the smaller support systems as well. I have used SQL extensively in creating a dynamic web application environment and in providing many sets of canned reports for our users.
Work terms:Payment Method:
I prefer to use the SafePay Escrow for all payments, but would accept payment by Check, E-Check, Wire Trasnfer. I am willing to discuss other options, but the Escrow route seems mutually beneficial.

Communication:
I can communicate with the client via phone in the evening (after 4pm CST) or via email or instant messenger during the day. Frequent communication is important, so I try to make myself available as much as possible.

General Availability:
I am generally available for work after 4pm during the weekdays and on weekends. I work full-time during the day, but could still communicate on the project during work hours.
