Work terms:Our fee's are project-based and should be discussed before work begins. However, in general the following terms apply:

For the projects valued under or equal to $1,000
a) 50% advance on signing of contract
b) 50% on final delivery

For projects valued above $1,000
a) 50% as project advance,
b) 25% on approval of design
c) 25% (remaining) final payment on project completion and uploading site to clients host

Before production begins the client must agree to and sign:
INVOICE - Contains budget and break down of deliverables
PROJECT SCOPE - Details deliverables for both Aday Interactive, Inc. and Client
TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Describes terms and conditions of the project
