| Additional skills: | Most of my work over the years has been freelance for different customers and graphic companies which has also included t-shirt design and color separations. I enjoy working with customers that have thier thoughts organized for ad layouts, as well as those that need business cards, brochures, articles with copy and graphics, photo retouching and blending in Photoshop. Prepress work is one of my specialites, especially getting files ready for the printer and other digital uses.
Some of the printers that I use for projects are local and some are in other states, so my files go to the printer ready to print per each printers instructions to minimumize cost. I can also prepare files, graphics and publications for use on the web by your web designers as well as make copy changes, add links and do simple changes to existing web pages using ftp connections on files that can be changed with GoLive software. Currently using an Apple G5 dual, high speed internet, Adobe's full Creative Suite 1 or 2 as well as some other older graphics and layout software. Other new programs can be obtained as needed for special projects on a case by case basis. |

| Highlights: | For over 10 years I have been working with graphic design projects on Mac's and maintaining my Mac and a few others on occasion. Having worked with a company that owned and produced 6 to 12 magazines each month through a local office which required me to produce and/or proof anywhere from 125 to 400 ads and articles per month, production type projects are familiar to me.
Creativity needs direction from customers so that the projects get done to the look desired by that customer. Discussion and effective communication in very important for projects being produced properly and getting them done on time. |
