I have experience working with and maintaining Windows 7, XP Pro & Home editions, Windows 2000, Windows 98, NT Server, Windows 2003, MS Office 2010, 2003 and other versions of mainstream productivity software. I also have experience with real-estate applications, proprietary furniture industry (CAD) software and the air freight industry (logistics). In addition to troubleshooting and installation of computer paraphernalia, I am competent to perform network cabling, wireless installs, computer rebuilds and evaluations, ergonomic consultations, and equipment acquisition and sourcing services (quotes). Project acceptance must be confirmed and dated in writing. This includes location, performance expectations, duration, pay rate, billing method, payment type/amount, mileage and/or expense reimbursement policy and specific requirements (skills, travel, physical requirements, education, etc.).
If I accept your bid and the job description, location or needs should change, you are required to provide fair and reasonable notice. Similarly, if the terms or conditions of the work change, you agree that the pay rate and/or contract duration may also be renegotiated (per applicable TOS).
Invoices will be billed per job or monthly, depending on type. Recipients are required to submit timely payment for all services rendered. Failure to make payment within 30 days of service rendered may result in late fees on subsequent invoices.
Communication by telephone and email must be responsive. Failure to respond to telephone or email inquiries in a timely manner may be interpreted as abandonment of the project and/or contract.
In the event of an "act of God", one or both parties may, at their option, call for the renegotiation of this contract (to include termination). This includes natural or man-made disaster and/or unforeseen events of a personally extenuating or catastrophic nature (e.g. severe injury, death or accident).
