Work terms:We also endorse safepay. We generally bid on projects and expect a 50% deposit to begin work. Most times, final payment is due upon approval of the final version prior to master tape release. Jobs over $5,000 can have landmark payments in 1/3's.

We communitace through email and phone. This is the best way. Every step of your project which needs you to approve is secured before we continue to the next step. Best times to communicate are 9-5 m-f. Evenings are OK too, when necessary.

Complete package quotes usually include one round of revisions. Additional revisions are always available.

We are completion oriented. Which means we quote and complete a project based on the dates that a project is needed. Having a project linger past the deadline can lead to overages and we encourage our clients to enbrace the completion of their projects within a set time period.

Additions to any project are of course quoted and approved by the client. Most projects are quoted from the beginning but adding additional production needs does happen. If so the client is always aware and has approved any additional costs.
