| Work terms: | Rights to Creative Works: Copyrights to creative works (such as non-commercial scripts, lyrics, poems, or fiction) automatically are reserved by myself, unless otherwise negotiated. I generally do not retain the copyright to other mediums (speeches, essays, commercial scripts, ghost writing, et al). Lyrics and scripts can be negotiated with royalties or on a flat fee basis. Payment Method: I prefer SafePay Escrow; although, SafePay Invoicing is acceptable and other methods can be negotiated. Communication: Communication is acceptable by phone, email, or fax from 9AM-10PM EST, or later in case of emergencies. If a lot of information is to be relayed at the same time, please use email or fax. Format: All work will be submitted in .pdf (Adobe Acrobat) format unless otherwise specified. On-site Work: I am available to work on-site with reasonable travel expenses paid or compensated by client. These expenses are not refundable under the guarantee policy. Guarantee Policy: All work is guaranteed to at least 100% satisfaction of my client. Any issues will be resolved by myself within a reasonable time frame.
