I prefer initial contact by email and I check emails at least 3 times a day, Monday through Friday, morning, afternoon and evening. Weekends are more sporadic, but still usually at least once a day. Once we have established contact phone calls may be more effective.

Right now I am still new to the freelance world and I am generally tracking my pricing to match up with the employers work requirements. For the types of jobs I'm looking at, pricing by piece or by line may be more effective than an hourly rate.

I have a long history in customer service positions, so I am to please. If a client is not satisfied with the end product, I will do everything in my power to address and correct that situation and will consider a refund if it appears that I simply can not give you the service you deserve.
