Work terms:I do not accept Paypal in any form. I prefer the Safepay Escrow method of payment for dual protection. On projects under $1000 in value I would like to have 1/2 up front, 1/4 at halfway point agreed upon by both parties, and 1/4 on completion. This way I can meet certain expenses that I have regarding your projects. On projects over $1000 I will accept 3 separate payments of 1/3 of the total amount at the following times: 1st payment up front, 2nd payment at halfway point as agreed upon by both parties, final payment upon completion.

I do have an on time guarantee that if I am not finished with the work on time, given that the project holds to what was described at the time of bidding, the final payment is waived.

I work most regular work days and I observe most US holidays. However, if I am behind on a project, I will work on Sundays and Holidays to get it caught up. My staff are here to serve you and we strive to get things done right, done fast, and done the way you want them.

On orders for e-books, I have the software available that can turn out e-books in pdf format and exe format. In the exe format I can even add security in the form of a required password to unlock it and that can be as many passwords as you desire so you can have unique passwords for every copy sold. We can discuss these options at the time of contract awarding.
