Highlights:I have over 15 years experience working in the public and private sectors designing, developing, and programing databases. In that time, I have also worked as a GIS Director and a Senior Analyst, developing robust, user friendly applications that were often used in conjunction with numerous databases. I have also developed GIS and database applications for Fortune 500 Companies that were central in the efforts of market research and long term strategic goals.

My Microsoft Access experience has spanned a wide range of projects, ranging from a database linked to ArcView that tracked new construction building permits that won the 2002 National Assocation of Development Organizations innovation award to a database that tracked stormwater inspection for a State Department of Transportation. In these and other projects, I was able to built intuitive, easy to use interfaces that made complex data accessible to the client.
In terms of providing service to SQL Server clients, in the past I have worked for a Fortune 500 Company that utilized my database designs to manage land purchases and the tracking of individual lots. By using SQL Integration Services, I have been able to automate numerous database operations and use them as ether stand alone databases or as part of an enterprise GIS.
Work terms:Support Guarantee: I offer a 3 months of free support for all projects that I undertake, including bug rectification, training and minor modifications to improve functionality, and training.

Communication Gurantee: I will respond to every email within 2 business days and phone calls within 1 business day.

Working Agreement: I will create a contract with all the agreed itemsas well as the project details and submit it for client acceptance. Once it is accepted, both parties will sign it.

Payment Terms: I prefer to use a zero advance agreement that allows a client to review my work before paying. With the exception of small projects (budgets of $500 or less), projects will be split into milestones which will be specified in the proposal, and an estimate will be provided for each milestone.
