| Highlights: | I create working software with excellent and easy-to-use interfaces. I have particular expertise in developing algorithms to represent complex security systems. I have more than eight years of experience programming in-house software and designing software for clients. I contracted to Sandia National Laboratories to work on projects for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), US Department of Agriculture (USDA), and General Services Administration (GSA), designing the interfaces and algorithms for the CARVER and RAMPART software programs. In these contracts I worked effectively as part of a development team for projects with total funding in excess of $1,000,000. These projects were completed on time and on budget. In addition, I have been the lead programmer for Ducks in a Row, Inc., proprietary software for the retail market. |
| Work terms: | To provide the most cost-effective service to the customer, I prefer to work out of the Ducks in a Row, Inc., office and communicate using the following methods: o Regular emails to clarify minor points, o Periodic phone conferences to provide status updates and to obtain the client's opinions on paths forward, and o Occasional face-to-face meetings for the discussion of major segments of the work to be performed. I will travel to the client's site for face-to-face meetings. Ducks in a Row, Inc., will accept both time-and-materials and fixed-price contracts and will bill on a 30-day net basis. I am generally available to communicate with customers from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. Ducks in a Row, Inc., prefers to shut down external work between December 15 and January 1. Ducks in a Row, Inc., employees are held to the highest standard of ethical and professional conduct. We record all hours worked and make our time cards and billing information available to clients for auditing purposes. |
