| Work terms: | Payment Terms All projects are estimated on a time and material basis with the client being responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses (such as stock photo purchases) incurred. We will follow a strict policy to confirm any scope changes or expenses with the client prior to doing the work. Payment terms are flexible and typically depend on the size and duration of the project. For larger projects (over $1000) we ask for 30% up front, 40% when the bulk of the project is complete, and 30% before the final completed project files are delivered.
