Highlights:My goal is to perform your work with top-notch expertise so that you can have peace of mind and continue with YOUR expertise - the creative running and marketing of your business. Smokin' Keys Transcription Service provides all types of digital transcriptions, as well as office administration and translations.

I possess outstanding organizational and communication skills, am detail oriented and computer literate, and can work independently with follow through on projects. In addition, I am fully bilingual (English/Spanish) which can only enhance the effectiveness and influence of any business.

I have worked for attorneys in the State of Florida for thirty years and have handled all phases of a lawsuit, from pre-suit work-up to handling of appeals, as well as general office management and bookkeeping.

Additionally, I directed the Word Processing Department of a mid-sized personal injury law firm. This position included overseeing work flow for optimum production, composition of pleadings and correspondence in English and Spanish, revision of letters and pleadings to reflect statutory changes, and light paralegal duties.

Although I have been primarily employed in the legal field, a major portion of my daily work as a legal assistant involved customer service. I work efficiently and kindly with clients toward a just resolution of their questions and problems.
Work terms:Payment Method: I will only work with Employers who agree to Guru's SafePay Escrow service.

Communication
: I am available to Employers via email, phone or Skype. The frequency of such communication depends on the project. I will make myself available for updates as to progress, clarification of project details, payment inquiries and the like.

Feedback/Endorsement: I would appreciate it very much if Employers would leave feedback when a project is completed. I will allow honest and constructive feedback on my profile without censuring what is written.

Code of Ethics/Guarantee Policy: I take great pride in my work and guarantee that I will produce a top-notch result. Nothing less will satisfy me. The Employer deserves my best efforts. Additionally, I promise confidentiality on all projects.
