Work terms:HOURS | We are available for our clients Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm (Pacific Time). Outside business hours please leave a message and we get back to you the next day. You may reach us on our main studio phone line at 805-523-8418.



All invoices are payable on receipt with a grace period of 15 days. If the client is sending payment through the mail, we will accept a tracking number as notice of payment. After 30 days, a late payment charge of 2% or $10 per month whichever is greater (26.82% p/a) is applied to all delinquent accounts, without exception and retroactive to the date of invoice. C.O.D will be required for the completion of the first project to establish a client relationship.



All quotations given are estimates only, unless otherwise negotiated and noted in writing on your quotation. Final invoices will reflect actual hours worked on your project which may or may not differ from your quotation.



An up front deposit of 50% (based on the quotation amount) is required for all new projects.



Deposits and payments may be made in a number of ways:

- Safe Pay Escrow

- Credit Cards through Paypal

- Company or Certified Check

- Bank or Wire Transfer

- Money Order or Bank Draft



A 3.5% transaction fee will be added to milestone payments for Visa and Mastercard, 5% for American Express.



Any client delays will charge the client an additional 5% per month surcharge to cover administrative and project management cost or termination of this contract beyond 30 days.
