Work terms:Process

I prefer to have as many details as possible about the client's company and industry at the start of a project. After additional research, mockups are meticulously constructed by hand from scratch; this process ensures completely focused creativity.



Communication

Throughout the process I encourage clients for their feedback and offer unlimited revisions (within reason). I am available Monday-Friday 9-5 (Eastern) via email, guru message board or phone.



Payment Terms

Terms are usually outlined on a per project basis. Usually 100% of the payment will be due at the conclusion of the project and only after your complete satisfaction. I accept payment through the Guru Escrow system.
