| Highlights: | I have helped government contractors solve problems with their federal agency customers for 20 years. Before that I was in-house counsel to a defense and aerospace contractor and a civilian attorney in the U.S. Department of the navy. I graduated from Harvard Law School and the Kennedy School of Government. I have advised clients with all manner of government contracting issues and have represented clients before the US Court of Federal Claims and the Boards of Contract Appeals. Although I am available to help solve any problem with a government contract, I presently focus primarily on pre-award disputes before the General Accountability Office and the US Court of Federal Claims. Additional information on my background and experience is available at www.vhtlaw.com. |
