For the last 21 years, I worked as a Senior Administrative Assistant in the top administrative office of a major state university. Confidentiality has always been a top priority as well as patience, tact and discretion when dealing with anyone or anything in connection with my position. I have been responsible for coordinating large and important events for my office.
I have expertise in calendaring, proofreading drafts and generating correspondence in final form. I have been required to use good judgement by establishing my own priorities in my position. I am very familiar with good customer service after spending so many years working with the public.
