Custom Extrusions application
Created a Lotus Notes application that runs a factory. The orders are imported from ordering system and converted into stillages and assigned to run on lines. The line is chosen dependent on various parameters of the order. The date it has be completed is worked out from the date of the requirement. On the factory floor, the workers can see which stillage has to be completed next. Many reports are created from the system to show material usage, tool usage, line downtime etc.
Information is also collected from a background sql database to update various parameters.
