This site was done in Coldfusion. This area is a walk through area designed to guide users through the major areas of the site and build their user profile. It also allows them to get feed back as they fill items out such as the health assessments area.

This form is Coldfusion and AJAX driven. Based on the users area code the data is compared and calculated with values from a database. The user can then play with the variables in the form to recalculate different scenarios.
