Work Terms

1) In fixed bid projects, 50% of payments will be required to be made in advance.
2) For pay as you go projects, if the length of the projects is less then a week it will be considered as fixed bid project.
3) For projects which are more than a week long, one weeks Payments will have to be made in advance and then weekely (in advance).
4) Deliveries may be delayed in cases where the payments are not received on time. -JJ- will not take any responsibilities for the missing of deadlines these kind of deliveries.
5) Once the requirements have been freezed, any additional requirements will be charged additionally unless specified otherwise.
6) All communications will be billed additionally.
7) For onsite visits, all expenses will have to be borne by the client.
8) For any new visas required, visa fees will have to be borne by the client.
9) All disputes will be resolved in accordance to UK (Bournemouth) laws and jurisdictions.
10) Fees once payed will not be returned.
11) Once the code is implemented and tested successfully, any additional support required will be billed seperately.
12) -JJ- will be glad to assist you in Database Design / Development, Business Logic design / development. But will not be able to assist you in front end and graphics.
