Highlights

I have over 10 years of architectural experience (masters in architecture with concentration on sustainable design and urban development) and over 15 years in 3D modeling experience and design.

I worked 3 years, while in school, for a very high-end interior designer out of Boca Raton, FL. I was responsible for interior design and custom furniture design for houses, night clubs, restaurants, airplanes and yachts.

I also worked for a firm in Boca Raton, FL for 5 years where I was a job captain and designer. Along with this position, I was responsible for interior selection of materials, as well as, all presentations and renderings to show the clients what the final outcome would be. This firm was also high-end so everything was custom designed in the renderings. Often, this would be to show lighting studies, material selection and furniture selection. Most of these renderings grew to be included in marketing packages that I eventually also designed. This would later prove to be beneficial to the client and would help me grow my marketing skills.

For 3.5 years, I was a designer in an architectural office that designed Senior Living and Healthcare facilities. I would help the interior designers with material selection and presentations, as well as, design the physical buildings and site design. Because of my previous experience, I was able to help the company grow in the marketing department by offering Logo design and branding for new facilities.

• Payment Method:

For first time employers: I prefer to be paid with SafePay.
For large projects, I prefer to be paid half of estimated cost upfront and the final total with receipt of completed project.

• Communication:

I can be reached at anytime by email. I can be reached by my phone during business hours 8am - 5pm EST. (These hours are of course flexible depending on the project, client location and deadline). I feel that needs for clients/projects vary. Tight deadlines may require more communication than others. Communication times will be established early in the beginning of every project until a relationship has been established and we are aware of what each others needs may be.
