All billing will go through the Guru SafePay system.
Once a project has been accepted, a customary up front retainer will be required to initiate the project.
Initially, there will be a discussion where the project specifics are clarified. We will walk through all the aspects of the project to make sure it goes as efficiently as possible. For most projects there is only one discussion necessary to cover all the necessary material.
For projects under $1,000 the total turnaround time should be less than one week, in some cases, the same day. This schedule is more a factor of the readiness of materials required to complete the project and client reviews than the actual amount of work needed.
All projects will have at bare minimum of 1 proof prior to the final version delivery. For architectural projects, there will be at least four proofs (viewing angle, building/room shape, site layout, material selections). These approvals only take a couple seconds to send out and ensure that you get the results you want. Voigt Creations is here to serve you, this hands-on part of the process guarantees your input throughout the entire project.
Once the final proof has been accepted, the final payment will be deposited and the final product will be delivered in the manner requested. (email, ftp/download, postal, hand delivery, etc.).
