Work Terms

We love proper communication and to that end... we utilize Online Meeting Rooms to share our computer screens with our clients. Our clients never have to worry about communication issues because we are able to share our computer screens with them at any point in the production process! We can also use these Meeting Rooms to tutor clients on the use of the software or website that we develop for them.

Payment terms are normally conducted with a 1/2 down and balance upon completion policy at GraphicSmart. Other terms can be arranged on certain types of work, but only on a case by case basis.

We prefer to give and receive feedback for each and every job that we perform. Only in this way can others know the quality of the freelancer and / or employer.
