I worked for a lot of big names in industry and prestigious clients in the local market as well. My work ranges from residences, offices, restaurants to big five star hotels to airports. And makes them stunned with the photo real quality in the 3d presentation.

Work Terms

Every project is unique in its way, so is the procedure of working for that particular work/client.
But few things which are never changes are communication, integrity, providing quality work in the given time.

The client deserves the best quality in the reasonable rates and given time, and the worker deserves justified payment of his hard work.
Both parties should except and get the honesty in whole process.

"My main priority in whole process is the satisfaction of the client."

A. There are few ways to dealing the work according to the payment.

1. After the work awarded, I demands 25% advance, and then provides the final output. If the work is as per the satisfaction of the client, they deposit the remaining amount.
(The standard high resolution will be 2400X1600, until specified)

2. We could also break it in to steps like modelling, detailing, texturing etc., and the payment goes along with the work done. The client can check it at every step as I will provide him the work done at each steps.

B. The payment must be through Safe Pay Escrow, and through wire transfer.

C. The communication language will be English, and the major part of it will be through the E-mail, eliminating the scope of later disagreements or misunderstanding, as everything will be in writing. Client can also use Skype also, if required.
