Work Terms

We're a professional services group lead by a CEO with over 20 years of experience in the industry.

We're located in the northeast United States (Rhode Island to be precise). We're NOT an offshore company or a sales team for an outsourced workforce. Our team is *OUR* team, hand-picked by our CEO and working with him for years each. We speak English as our native language, and fully understand the nuances of U.S. business practices.

Our CEO traditionally takes on the role of project management and is the single point of contact for our clients. He in turn appoints the appropriate resources (workers) to the project and manages the team for the duration of the project. This means that you're not working through some entry- to mid-level project manager or random employee. You will be dealing directly with a decision-maker who will make sure that your needs are met fully.

Typically we look for a deposit on each project. Depending upon the size and duration of the project it can vary from 25% (for larger projects) to 50% (for smaller projects). We schedule out periodic (e.g. weekly or biweekly) payments throughout the duration of the project so that we receive payments over time as we progress with the work.
