Work Terms

Payment Method: Transactions must be made through SafePay Escrow which better ensures both parties’ protection and satisfaction should disputes arise. I only accept payment by Check, E-check, or Wire Transfer Funds. Transacting with these payment methods is mutually beneficial because I am saved from the mandatory transaction fees attached to Credit Card and PayPal payments, and you earn Loyalty Dollars.

Communication: I prefer to communicate with Employers by e-mail but I can also be reached via phone or Skype. Frequency of communication is based upon the project needs and it negotiable. Once a project is rewarded I require a Project Agreement and SafePay Escrow payment before work begins.

General Availability: My office hours are M-F from 8-5 although I can be contacted via email at any time. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response on weekdays and recognize that I may not be able to return emails on weekends.

Code of Ethics: Any changes in the Project Agreement require a Change Order form . All work is original and I will negotiate for rights. If at any time either party feels the relationship is not meeting their needs, communication will be made within 24 hours and appropriate kill fees or hourly pay will be negotiated out of respect for the work already completed. I want my clients to be very happy and I will go out of my way to maintain their respect. Escrow payment and communication of desired product are my expectations of employers.
