Work Terms
|
I am a fan of keeping in touch as much as possible, and send frequent project status updates. In addition, I am available by E-mail and phone during normal working hours Mon-Fri (I ask for written communication whenever possible) though I am generally available beyond those hours.
Payment Arrangements:
Unless otherwise arranged, for jobs less than $100, 100% of budget will be expected to be deposited into Guru Escrow upon acceptance of project plan. For jobs over $100, 25-50% will be expected upfront (percentage determined by estimated cost and length of project), with the remaining balance to be held in escrow until completion of project.
We'll create individualized payment schedules for larger or long-term projects and/or employers I've worked with before.
