Work Terms

Code of Ethics
The contractor will adhere to all client code of ethics guidelines as stated in the company policy. The contractor will adhere to standard and company-unique business practices as required and allowed by law.

Guarantee
The contractor agrees to provide all services agreed upon in the contract to the best of her ability. If issues arise, the company will be notified promptly and work with the contractor to make adjustments to ensure timely delivery of complete and promised materials.

Work Environment
I work primarily from my home office, equipped with high-speed Internet, phone, Windows laptop, scanner/printer/copier. I will work onsite locally on occasion/as needed for meetings and collaborations.

Availability
I am currently seeking full-time contracting/consulting and occasional/short-term part-time work on a per-diem or consultative basis.

Communication
I am readily available via email, cell phone, landline phone, text message, and various messenger services (Yahoo, AIM, Windows). I am able to participate in webinars, teleconferences, and video conferences.

Travel
Up to approximately 25% is acceptable. Employer prepays or reimburses all travel-related expenses within two weeks of date incurred.

Compensation
$75-$125/hr

Payment
Payment in full via escrow is expected before work begins.
