I have over thirty-five years of experience as a literacy educator. I have taught English in Guyana, taught writing and composition over ten years in the USA, and have supervised M.Ed. candidates in the writing of their dissertations.
My first degree is in English Language and I have taught English in Guyana. My second degree is in the Psychology of Reading. I taught Reading skills to College freshmen at Temple University, Philadelphia while working on my Masters and Doctorate. I taught Writing and Composition at Delaware County Community College and at the Art Institute of Philadelphia.
AIPH used the MLA format for citations which I mastered. I returned to Guyana and lectured at the University of Guyana in English and Reading. I have just retired but continue to teach at the Masters' level and to supervise dissertations. I am expert in the use of the APA format of citations.
I have tutored with Smarthinking for three years as an online tutor. I assist students with all of their writing needs including resumes and cover letters.
I am the author of Proverbial Wisdom From Guyana and am currently working on a publication of Anansi Stories from the diaspora.

My ideal working condition would be working from my home office. There is truly no place like home.
I am open to payment options, but would settle for safe pay deposit.
