Work Terms

Payment Method:
I transact through SafePay Escrow. I will only work with first time Employers who agree to the Escrow service. I accept payment by Check, E-Check, Wire Transfer, or SafePay Account Funds.

Communication:
I communicate with Employers via phone, email, or any other method deemed neccessary. I prefer email as it provides a written log for both parties as changes are made or requested. I accept communications however often you prefer, though I ask to have 24 hours to respond. In most cases I will respond within 12 hours.

General Availability:
I generally work throughout the day from 8am-8pm MST. If a project is in need of additional hours I will put those in. Working on weekends and holidays is subject to the expected project completion date.

Code of Ethics / Guarantee Policy:
Clear and timely communication can be expected from me during the course of a project. I will be sure to provide progress reports and completed assignments for the Employers review throughout the course of the contract as agreed upon up front. Any deficiencies will be corrected until the Employer is satisifed.
