Payment Method
We are open to any methods that can be discussed as part of negotiations, and that provides a level of trust and security for both parties.
Communication
We encourage our customers to communicate with us by whatever means makes them feel the most comfortable. We just ask that you make it VERY clear how you would like to communicate, what frequency, and times. At a minimum, we would like to have a weeklly status meeting with the customer, preferably on a Monday or Tuesday morning, to go over progress from the previous week, lessons learned, and overview of what goals are for the current week. In addition, we prefer major questions and issues to be sent via email, so that we can electronically capture bugs, change requests, new feature requests, and request for info in our tracking tools
General Availability
We have an office where the office hours are 9am - 5pm Central. Someone will be available to speak with you during this time. However, we also have after hour phone numbers and email address which makes it possible to reach us late into the night (10pm?) and address issues.
