Work Terms

Initial layouts and designs will be sent within 48 Hours or less of being awarded your project.) (Unless other terms are agreed upon at the start of your project and/or Holiday / vacation time is scheduled). Although it is usually less time, please allow up to two days turnaround time per each round of revisions.

Payment terms are half down before starting project, remaining half due before delivery of final files. Bigger projects will also require a mid-project payment. I am now also offering a monthly payment plan option for projects over $1000.00. Contact me for details.

I accept SafePay payments and escrows, Direct Deposit, and Paypal. Extra fees may apply for some of these options. I will also accept checks for the full amount of the project up front with a 15 day waiting period for check to clear before starting project.

Projects that go inactive with no communication from the client for unreasonable amounts of time will be closed with no refunds of invoices or escrows.

Delivery time will depend on individual project complexity, my current project load and of course your deadline.

Clients will agree to and sign a agreement for work that will lay out all aspects of the project including timeline, payment, number of changes etc before work will begin.
