Highlights

Extensive experience as a computer graphics designer and illustrator, providing comprehensive graphics support for a variety of clients.
I have been drawing and painting since I was very young and my first career was painting murals and designing scenery for various theaters.
Eventually I took a job as a receptionist at Marasco Newton Group in Arlington, VA where I taught myself to do computer graphics by using the little Mac SE30 that was on the desk (remember those - the computer and screen were all one piece). Marasco Newton Group hired me as a graphic artist in 1991 when the state-of-the-art software were MacDraw and Illustrator 1.0.
I have been creating graphics ever since and my expertise now includes web designs, animations, brochures, logos, illustrations and anything required to help people market their businesses. For the websites, I design them and all of the coding is done by NBR Computer Consulting, LLC.
I currently work from my home studio in NW Washington. I am a member of the Camano Island Arts Association and am exhibiting paintings in the area. In my spare time I drive a school bus.
