Work Terms
|
Payment: We transact through SafePay Escrow and Paypal. 50% to commence work. Remaining balance due upon completion prior to delivery of work.
Communication: We will conduct a kick off meeting via telephone to commence work to discuss roles, responsibilities, timeline, and project details.
Project management: All clients receive a username/password for our project management software. Clients can review proofs, give approvals and communicate via this online hub. If requested, we will also provide hard copy proofs to the Client for review. This project management software is combined with conference calls to ensure effective communication. Clients who prefer to use an iChat service such as Skype can also be accommodated.
Availability: Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm EST. However, we can be reached anytime via e-mail and will respond accordingly.
