Work Terms

Contact me: The best way to contact me is email. Once we are working together on a project, I am available by phone and Skype during standard business hours, Central Time, other hours by appointment.

Working Together: Once a proposal is accepted, I will begin work within 48 hours. Every bid includes original design, revisions, electronic PDF proofs, and final files sent electronically in the requested formats. Stock photos are an additional charge and will be approved by you before purchase.

Payment: SafePay Invoice, SafePay Escrow. Payment is required before final files are delivered. On projects over $200 a 50% deposit is required to begin work.
