With 20 years of experience as an art director and production artist, I have acquired an advanced repertoire of design skills, and a keen attention to detail. My experience has taught me to value the typography and other design elements. I always edit for grammar and spelling. I know basic French and am fluent in Spanish.

I believe in the discipline of creating complete pre-flighted files and work folders, a cost-effective practice for our clients. From an internal perspective, the advantage is the capability of passing projects from one artist to another, and re-cycling archived projects easily. This means creating “lean and clean” files and directories; delivering files free of typos and grammatical mistakes and most especially meeting both vendor and client specs.

I have experience as a studio manager, assisting the vice president of operations with establishing policies, trafficking and delegating, initiating and running performance reviews, and writing tutorials.

Work Terms

I prefer financial transacting through SafePay Escrow, and will work only with employers who agree to the escrow service (especially when working with me for the first time). When transacting through SafePay Escrow, I accept payment only by check, e-check, or wire transfer funds.

I prefer to communicate initially with Employers by e-mail. As the project progresses, phone and Skype conferencing will be done as needed.

The best times to call me will be during the workday hours (9 am to 5:30 pm, eastern time), during the workweek (Monday through Friday).

I would appreciate any feedback from you when a project is completed; I will do so on your profile, as well.

You can expect clear communication and well executed layouts and files on schedule. I would also expect that my clients will be forthright in explaining the project and providing any and all information and files needed on a timely basis. Major changes to the project will require a review of the budget.
