Preferred payment method is PayPal
We ask for 50% to start the project and then the last %50 when the project is finished and approved by the client.
When doing printing and promotional items we ask for 100% to send to production
When I start a project, I give the client a questionnaire. The answers help me understand the client's vision for the company or product.
I give clients 2-5 initial concepts from which to choose, and I refine whichever one the client likes best.
