Work Terms

Pop! Creative Design is committed to transparent billing. You will never receive an invoice that is not what you expected.

I work under contract; meaning, once contacted about a job, I will send an estimate detailing the hours I expect to spend within the pre-defined parameters of the project. If the estimate is agreeable to the client, the client simply signs the contract and send me a 25% deposit which will guarantee a place in my schedule. Initial concepts will come within a week of this.

I charge $65/hour and each project estimate is tailored specifically to the details of that project. If the scope of the project changes and I anticipate going over my estimate, I will discuss this with the client before performing the additional work. I only bill for the hours of work performed, so if the job takes less time than anticipated the client will be billed less.
