Although Keith's work is very good we had a very tough time in communication. The project dates continuously slipped.. he said that his camera broke which might be true but we had to suffer as a result. Also he kept on delivered photos in various sizes , names and same photo in duplicates or sometimes 3-4 copies. This caused a lot of confusion for us and we had to request a fresh delivery with only 1 copy ina  size that we had originally requested.  Also we requested a photo release with perpetual and unlimited rights which was refused and we had to go back and forth several days to negotiate that. Note that he did product photography for us and in past all photographers gave us the release without any issue.  He is a good photographer but needs to be a little bit more professional in his approach and communicate better with his clients. Show less
