My base rate is $18 per hour. I am happy to work with your customers personally or head your support team for you. I have 8 years customer support experience working from home and the last 2 of those years running a team of 6-8 support reps to make sure your support is consistent and friendly at all times. Each of your customers should leave with a smile on their face feeling they have received a personal touch.
Previous clients have included well known online direct marketers with 100,000+ lists and millions in revenue yearly. I do keep clients confidential in this profile, but I am happy to provide excellent references upon request.

Work Terms
|
I work very well with little instruction, but am comfortable providing weekly, daily reports as requested. 40+ hours weekly is not a problem. I'm not afraid of deadlines so if it's an 80 hour week it'll get done.
Payment can be every two weeks or monthly by paypal. My base rate is $18 per hour, but will work by project bid as well.
I am available to work in the Albuquerque area on site, but prefer and am extremely capable working remotely.
