Work Terms

GURU revenue & ratings reflect my selective methods to support clients that require professional & dedicated support. To that, I only market via GURU, occasionally, when I have available time to support new projects - resulting in lower ratings. I welcome you to screen my services to experience my work ethics.

Note: I work to establish "long-term" relationships with select clients & not so much concerned about charging for each & every task (I do not charge hourly fees, but work strictly based on project plans - this is fair for both parties).

Payment: all initial payments are through Guru's escrow services - client required to deposit 100% of funds in escrow prior to work beginning. Deposit to be actioned only after client have viewed & accepted the detailed project plan layout, which will include dates for deliverables.

Communications: All communications will be through Guru's Message board - this is to keep a log of all tasks, activities, & objectives. If the need arise to communicate via phone, prior notification is required to arrange time slot (M-F). Note: all phone conversations between 9am - 6pm EST US.

General Availability: 24/7 via the Internet (all responses within 24 hours via email or Guru message board) Monday thru Friday (no holidays or Sundays). I prefer open lines of communication.
