We are always flexible in all terms to satisfy our clients.
Payment Method:
Based on guru.com directives, all the payments are done through guru.com safepay invoicing and/or escrow only. We would require 50% as setup fee for projects that are less than $1000 and would require 35% setup fee for projects that are more than $1000. However, for the project value of more than $2500, we would require a setup fee of 10% against the submission of project plan with technical review whereas the balance be paid on completing each milestones as per the project plan or agreement. We accept payment by Check, E-check, Wire Transfer, or SafePay account funds only. Transacting with these Payment Methods is mutually beneficial: We too are saved from the mandatory transaction fees attached to Credit Card and PayPal payments. If the features are added more while the project is on development phase, the cost will be revised based on the time frame or if it may be a 1-3 days of work cost will not be revised or charged additionally.
Turnaround:
Without prior information, if there is no communication for more than 5 days from the client, the project will be on hold and the time frame will be revised after the clients response.
