Work Terms
|
The consultant will conduct all business agreed to by clients via proposal in his home office located in Newport News, Virginia. Consultant's home office offers a professional and productive environment well equipped with modern communications and information technology systems.
Communication:
Email and telephone will be the primary means of communication during a project. However; if more complex client requirements are involved then web based meeting utilities such as "go-to-meeting" may be leveraged.
General availability:
Consultant will be available by phone and email between the hours of 8am - 5pm Monday thru Friday and via email only after 5pm and weekends.

Payment method:
Safepay Escrow better ensures both parties' protection and satisfaction therefore; the consultant will only work with employers who agree to the Escrow service. The client agrees to pay total project fees on the following schedule:
- 50% Project start
- 25% Delivery of product
- 25% Upon completion
Travel:
Client will pay travel and per diem based on current local market rates if travel is required. Consultant may bill hours from his virtual office if necessary during travel.
