Work Terms

Integrity is extremely important to me. I expect it of my clients and they expect it of me. I will not accept work that requires me or members of my team to perform tasks I consider unethical, dishonest or distasteful and will not engage in spam of any kind. I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue working with any client, just as they have the right to refuse or discontinue working with me.
For one-time projects, a 50 percent deposit is required with progress payments due every 30 days and the balance due on completion unless the project is set up in SafePay Escrow, in which case a 10% surcharge is applied to cover Guru's fees.
Ongoing, monthly and semi-weekly plans are also available. By-the-hour consulting and training is available (subject to a $90 minimum) with an advance deposit.
I prefer to communicate by email, but I have no problem with telephone calls that serve a purpose. Nearly all time spent on the telephone is billable to the client. I am located in the Eastern USA time zone - GMT - 5. I am available by phone during normal weekday business hours and on weekends by appointment.
Payments and invoicing can be handled thru Guru or PayPal (credit cards accepted) or email invoicing (PDF) paid by company check.
My services are only available in the U.S. and Canada and I prefer long-term, ongoing strategic partnerships in order to effectively meet your needs and help grow your business.
