The document needs to a.) reinforce our brand image and b.) be easily customizable so our sales professionals (i.e., non-design pros) can quickly tailor each proposal to the needs of the client company. As in all business documents, clarity and organization will be key.
Ideally, we'd like the ability to quickly add or delete pre-designed and -written pages or sections (e.g., company backgrounder, legal terms and conditions, client companies list, product spec sheets, etc.) to the document. We know this would be far easier to accomplish in InDesign, but that, for reasons I won't get into here, is not an option; it's Word or nothing...
Experience creating business documents in MS Word is preferred. A pdf sample or two would be great.
