Work Terms

All projects require that 100% of fees be funded (Escrow only) before the inception of work. For short term projects (those with a 30 day or less duration), the balance of the fee will be collected upon completion of all work defined in the scope of work (see below). All long term projects (those lasting longer than 30 days), may qualify for phased project payment and benchmarking.

A scope of all work for a project will be determined and agreed upon before the inception of any work. Any work beyond that defined in the project scope will constitute additional services and will require an additional contract and payment schedule.

For larger projects, a phased approach may be more appropriate. Benchmarks will be set with both defined project goals and payment schedules. Continued work may be withheld if payment schedules are not adhered to.

Any creative project may require that multiple options be presented and a series of revisions and alterations be made to ensure that the client receives the product they are paying for. A set number of original options and subsequent revisions will be defined before the inception of work. Any iterations/revisions in excess of the agreed upon number may constitute additional services and payment.

Displeasure with completed work will not constitute a right to refuse payment. I will work will all clients to ensure they receive the best product and service.
