We have repaired and converted barns and derelict mansions, and created Post and Beam and log cabin retreats.
We computed and certified stage structures for the Woodstock 94 reunion concert, and rehabilitated water and sewer systems for old resorts and religious retreats.
We have repaired and replaced marine bulkheads and created new docks and piers for private and research vessels.
We often perform property assessments for developers or building assessments for conversions and code compliance.
I have prepared budgets and cash projections and consulted on business feasibilty across international and cultural barriers.
